The HEB Economic Development is a partnership of the three cities of Hurst, Euless and Bedford, the HEB Independent School District and the HEB Chamber of Commerce. The primary purpose of the Foundation is to market the three cities to attract new businesses to HEB and retain existing businesses. The Board of the Foundation is made up of representatives of all the entities and the chairmanship rotates between the council representatives of the cities.
