DALLAS (Sept. 20, 2017) – Atmos Energy is at the top of consumer lists according to J.D. Power’s 2017 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. Atmos Energy ranks number one in the south region’s pool of utilities serving 400,000 or more residential customers.
“This ranking demonstrates that our continued focus on safety resonates with our customers. The ranking is based on more than 61,000 online interviews. Results noted that customer satisfaction was largely based on the utility’s safety and communication.
