Printing needs are an essential element of almost any company. Business cards, brochures, letterhead, manuals, and many more materials are often taken for granted, but these simple paper goods contribute to the brand of any business. Because of its many contributions to the community and involvement with the HEB Chamber of Commerce, Minuteman Press was awarded the 2014 Mid-Size Business of the Year by the HEB Chamber of Commerce.

Minuteman logoOwner Bill Lynch has been an active member of the Chamber since the company’s inception in 2005. As Minuteman Press has grown over the years, so have the company’s contributions to the community, not only to the Chamber, but to other entities as well, including the HEB ISD Education Foundation and Leadership HEB.

Minuteman Press is the world’s largest franchised printing organization, with capabilities of printing almost anything from business forms to wedding invitations, either at the local plant or through one of the many central facilities.

Bill Lynch Headshot“Our business is successful because we help small businesses and non-profits achieve their growth goals. Putting ink on paper, which we do well, is only rewarding when it helps a small business owner or non-profit achieve their goals. We get excited about their success,” stated Bill Lynch.

Besides offering products and services to satisfy the needs of their customers, Minuteman Press is also dedicated to ensuring that customers feel comfortable and confident about their printing jobs. Customers can find a helpful “Resources & Support” section on the company’s website, including a Frequently Asked Questions section for customers who are unfamiliar with printing, a Glossary of Terms, a Printing Blog with tips on how to create and use printed materials to grow a business, Partner Links, and a Networking Tips section.

With complete commitment to customer satisfaction, Minuteman Press will even recommend outside options when it is not the best source for a particular product or service. The company-wide focus on customer service is yet another reason why Minuteman Press is well deserving of the recognition as Business of the Year.
